A dog receiving calm one-to-one attention during a check-in visit

Tail Trails is run from Livingston and covers West Lothian with dog walking and pet check-ins.

Tail Trails is run by Chris, from Livingston

One walker, the same routine, the same updates — by design, not by accident. The business is new, so the site doesn't lean on made-up history or borrowed review counts. It leads with the things that actually matter when you're handing over a key: insurance, DBS, canine first aid, and a free meet & greet before anything is booked in.
  • Free meet & greet at your home before any regular booking
  • One walker — Chris — from first visit through to every update
  • Solo walks, small group walks, pet check-ins — chosen for the dog
Fully insured · DBS checked · Canine first aid qualified

Start at home

Every new client starts with a free meet and greet at your home. Routine, keys, quirks, and handling are agreed properly before any walk or visit is booked.

Walk chosen for the dog

Solo walks for one-to-one focus, small group walks for sociable dogs, and private field access for reactive dogs and recall-in-training. The walk gets chosen for the dog, not for the diary.

Same person, every time

Tail Trails is run by one walker. The person on the meet & greet is the person on every walk, the person sending the photo update, and the person you call if anything changes.

Growing later

Planned for later — not promised today.

Tail Trails may expand into the services below once they're properly set up. Until they're live, they stay as a soft mention only — and we won't take a booking we can't actually deliver.

See if Tail Trails is the right fit for your dog.

Book a free meet & greet and we'll talk through your dog, your routine, and whether solo walks, small group walks, or check-ins make the most sense. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so — honest is easier than awkward later on.
