FAQ Answer

What happens during a pet check-in?

A pet check-in is a short home visit while you're out — 15 or 30 minutes, depending on what your dog or pet needs.

What's covered: feeding, fresh water, medication, a garden or toilet break, light clean-up if needed, a welfare check, and a clear update before we leave the house.

What it isn't: an overnight stay (we don't board), or a substitute for a proper walk. If your dog needs a real walk that day, we'll say so and book that instead.

Check-ins suit puppies, older dogs, multi-pet homes, post-op recovery, holiday cover, and the long work days when "home alone" is too long.
