What gets agreed at the meet and greet: walk style (steady lead walk, sniff-led, or more active), recall behaviour, lead habits, medication notes, and any extras like a garden settle-in.
Add-ons (medication +£3, extra care needs +£3 to £5) are agreed at the meet and greet, not slipped in afterwards.
